- Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for all upcoming deliveries to upper management & internal stakeholders
- Maintain information accuracy in the SalesForce.com database
- Support various customer centric initiatives in line with internal support needs
- Track aircraft deliveries daily
- Communicate by email and/or by telephone, as required, with the Field Support teams to support customer requests
- Assist with the modification of various tools to support the process initiative
- Monitoring the consumption of contract related entitlements and commitments.
- Support the invoicing process of Pilot/Technical missions
- Process, audit and reconcile Field Support invoices related to customer satisfaction
- You are studying for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or Engineering.
- You are organized and meticulous, and pay careful attention to details
- You are proficient in MS Suite of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You have strong communication skills written and spoken in English and French
- You can work in a team or independantly, as required.
- You are organized and able to set priorities.
- You have an analytic disposition, are resourceful and can think smart.
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
