Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, in office project management inclusive of coordination, communication, documentation, invoicing and material procurement for security construction projects:
Operations Support
- Maintaining projects and contracts via proprietary HTML portal
- Project management and communication with external customers
- Identify, quote and process change orders
- Equipment reconciliation and procurement
- Project pay applications, calculating retainage, sales tax, modifying schedules of values
- Create and maintain project files project files in accordance with auditing requirements
- Coordinate delivery of close-out documents
- Creation of purchase orders for subcontractors
- Tracking of project RFI’s, change orders and other pertinent documentation
- Coordination, communication and follow up with sales team in reference to project status
- Digital records management and document control
- Forecasting of monthly revenue and margin associated with responsible project portfolio
- Assist with accounts receivables for project portfolio
- Ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
- Support dispute resolution when requested by the AR collectors or controller
- Contact customers as necessary on simple invoicing disputes
What we look for
- Be able to demonstrate the following:

- Punctual and organize
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- 3 to 5 years related experience in a construction or low voltage industry
- Ability to read construction drawings and documents
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of software
- Knowledge of cost accounting
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
