We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be strongly involved in implementing the design process, developing visually compelling content across digital and print platforms that aligns with our brand identity. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant impact on our brand’s creative direction.

As Senior Graphic Designer You Will

• Create innovative, visually appealing designs across mediums (print, digital, packaging, etc.)
• Contribute to creative concepts for campaigns
• Ensure designs are on-brand and consistent across all platforms and touchpoints
• Evolve brand visuals by refining or expanding existing brand assets
• Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, and design elements across projects
• Coordinate with project managers and other teams to understand project goals and deliverables
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or production teams, to ensure proper execution
• Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and team members
• Communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related discipline
• 5 - 7 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer brand or at a marketing/creative agency
• Experience building and executing effective marketing campaigns from start to finish, from strategy and ideation to production.
• High level knowledge of current best-in-practice email standards, website design, digital marketing, photo editing, packaging, illustration and social media
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Must possess a keen eye for aesthetics, with a strong ability to balance visual appeal and functionality
• A strong visual storyteller with a clear eye from imagery and typography that supports the Silk & Snow brand
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning work
• Resourceful, proactive, and a true team player
• A love of interior design and elevated home goods is a plus
