Are you a dynamic, proactive AV professional who thrives on building meaningful connections and providing excellent client service? EPiQVision is seeking a Sales Associate to respond to incoming leads, support existing accounts and build client relationships.
As the first point of contact for incoming leads and a trusted partner to our existing clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people experience our brand. From identifying client needs and recommending innovative AV solutions, to crafting winning estimates and managing relationships with both clients and venues your goal will be to ensure every project runs smoothly and every client feels supported.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads with energy, professionalism, and insight
- Develop and deepen long-term client relationships
- Recommend tailored audio visual solutions that align with client goals
- Create and finalize proposals and estimates
- Support account growth and client retention by delivering exceptional service
- Act as a liaison between clients, venues, and internal teams
Key Responsibilities
- Follow strategic sales plans to support key accounts and maximize revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and technical teams to deliver tailored event solutions
- Prepare, present, and finalize proposals and quotes with a focus on value and client satisfaction
- Manage client expectations onsite and offsite, ensuring seamless event execution and long-term retention
- Represent EPiQVision at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate our brand and expand our reach
- A passion for events, technology, and customer success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Post-secondary education in event production, business sales, or hospitality
- 1+ years experience in the live events industry
- Excellent verbal and written interactions with clients, vendors, and employees
- Knowledge and experience of audio-visual equipment in a live event environment
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Ability to adapt to new technology
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with clients and vendors
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Knowledge of current Safety Guidelines for the Live Performance Industry in Ontario is an asset
- Knowledge of current municipal, provincial, and federal workplace health & safety regulations is an asset
- Valid driver's license and vehicle is an asset
- Medium to high levels of stress and pressure
- Flexible and additional hours including some evenings and weekends
- $47,500 - $57,500 plus commission
