Overview

The Total Rewards Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager TR Operations with key responsibilities focused on administration and process support of PepsiCo’s Canadian employee benefit programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support management of vendors and daily operations for Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs to ensure compliance with program guidelines
  • Work across the broader HR, IT, Total Rewards, Communications and Strada benefit teams on initiatives and serve as project lead on all changes and system enhancements including selection, requirements, implementation, testing, delivery, system performance documentation, project close out and hyper-care support
  • Act as project manager, creating and managing project plans, communications and sustainability for new program rollouts
  • Lead delivery of HR Capability related to programs through various initiatives/references
  • Identify opportunities for continued process improvement and simplification of Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs
  • Develop tools and communications that will build employee, manager and HR capability and optimize the effectiveness of Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs
  • Manage the budget for Healthy Living, Healthy Money, and Communications budget lines for Canada
  • Lead the Canadian Wellness & Mental Health strategy
  • Manage all Total Rewards owned Policies and develop new policies, if required
  • Lead updates to employee, manager and HR reference documents related to program changes, plan text changes, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years benefits experience and 3+ years of project management with experience implementing complex projects, preferably in a global corporation in HR Operations or a related field
  • Ability to manage projects and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong data analysis skills coupled with knowledge of SAP, Success Factors EC or a similar HRMS system required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence decision making with business partners both verbally and in writing, including solid presentation skills
  • Understanding of provincial legislation related to programs (i.e. Employment standards, retirement regulations, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all level of company personnel and vendors
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently and proactively
  • University/College Degree in related field required
