WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Monitor and maintain loan covenant trackers; coordinate timely covenant reporting to lenders.
  • Manage lender relations for loan advances and construction draws; coordinate third-party reports including appraisals, environmental site assessments (ESAs), building condition assessments (BCAs), and engineering reports.
  • Build and maintain lender models, cashflow and draw schedules; prepare lender presentation materials and investment memos.
  • Support underwriting and ongoing valuation processes; contributing to internal and external appraisal reviews and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
  • Maintain loan servicing schedules, support loan closings, amendments and monthly/quarterly lender reporting.
  • Support Investments and Equity Capital Markets teams by developing financial models, preparing client presentations, and contributing to deal execution materials.
  • Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) for lenders to support ongoing financing initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and adaptable team environment, proactively taking on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate valuations, lending, or capital markets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & financial modelling; experience with lender models for construction financing and draw schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing third-party reports such as appraisals, environmental site assessments (ESAs), and building condition assessments (BCAs).
  • AACI or MAI designation is preferred; candidates actively working towards a designation are also encouraged.
