Position Overview
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, TH CPG Finance, the Manager, TH Finance will be responsible for managing all financial routines including month-end closing and reporting processes, in addition to ad hoc reporting, analyses, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting background and the ability to interpret key financial information. The candidate should be a hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. They must have the ability to understand finance & accounting concepts and be able to convey information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly closing process for Tim Hortons CPG including commentary and insights on the results
- Lead the monthly forecast process, working with business partners to forecast and drive results
- Lead the annual budget process in collaboration with the CPG business team
- Perform monthly analysis of trade spend, identifying effectiveness of promotional activity and areas for optimization
- Prepare retailer and product level financial reports, highlighting key findings and actionable insights
- Work with Corporate Accounting and Shared Services areas to ensure that results are consistent with U.S. GAAP
- Assist with various ad hoc projects and financial modeling to support business decisions as needed
- 4+ years of finance or accounting experience
- High degree of comfort with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; SAP, OneStream and IBM Planning Analytics experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills required to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting an asset
