The challenges that await youYou are responsible for supporting various stakeholders in the design and improvement of processes, methods, and tools related to project and/or strategic program management of the Service. You participate in the planning, execution, and control of projects to deliver them on time and within established budgets.
You ensure the performance of the Service's project portfolio by producing monthly reports on the situation. You maintain an overview of the various projects and programs and provide an accurate real-time picture to different stakeholders according to their needs and level of involvement.
The ideal profile for us- Hold a bachelor's degree in administration or any other relevant bachelor's degree;
- Have five (5) years of relevant experience in portfolio management and project cost control;
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Word, Excel (advanced level), MS-Project, and Project Management;
- Knowledge of Power BI software is an asset.
