This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is committed to ending homelessness and improving the lives of the most vulnerable in our community.

The Supportive Housing team values a relationship-based approach to working with clients who are currently vulnerably housed or experiencing homelessness, as well as those who have previously experienced housing vulnerability. We believe that every interaction matters. We are looking to recruit a Frontline Supervisor who brings an understanding of supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and appreciates the diverse needs of the people we serve.

As a Frontline Supervisor, you will work with your team by planning and assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring client needs are met. This role is key in maintaining effective communication between sites and your team, and in supporting follow-up with emergency services and others as needed. You will oversee frontline operations and ensure site safety throughout your shift.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to respectfully supervise tasks and effectively manage the many responsibilities and decisions that arise during a shift. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with low income and complex health and housing needs.

You will promote a culture of health, safety, and well-being by ensuring compliance with site-specific guidelines and all relevant health and safety policies, standards, and regulations. Above all, we are looking for a motivated, committed individual who has a genuine desire to support people and meet them where they are at.
