Your responsibilities
Customer & Event Support
- Assist in coordinating customer experiences, including factory visits.
- Support logistics for events, such as catering setup, cleanup, and on-site coordination.
- Help manage swag items, tradeshow giveaways, and shipping needs.
- Provide support for CEU presentations and agent marketing packages.
- Assist in preparing presentations, booklets, and other enhancement projects.
Brand & Communications
- Support award submissions, press releases, and white paper development.
- Coordinate and post social media content, engage with audiences, and support the company LinkedIn newsletter.
Multi-Brand Initiatives
- Support cross-brand initiatives and marketing activities across LMPG.
Qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Bilingualism (French and English, both written and spoken) is required to ensure regular collaboration with stakeholders outside Quebec.
Assets
- Knowledge of architectural lighting, lighting design, or related design/architecture fields.
- Experience with multimedia platforms, content creation, or digital design tools.
