Fabrication Engineer – Custom Displays & Props

We’re looking for a Fabrication Engineer to join our team and help turn creative ideas into real-world solutions. This role is about taking concept designs for displays, props, and fixtures and engineering practical, buildable solutions that can be produced with our equipment and materials.

• Review concept drawings or event/retail display requirements and engineer a clear path to fabrication.

• Work with our 3D printing, CNC routing, and laser cutting capabilities to develop production-ready solutions.

• Create fabrication guides, drawings, and instructions that ensure designs can be built accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with production managers and fabrication staff to troubleshoot challenges and refine solutions.

• Apply knowledge of materials (wood, acrylic, plastics, metals, composites) to ensure durability, stability, and manufacturability.

• Engineering or technical design background (mechanical, industrial, or related).

• Strong proficiency with Fusion 360 (must have real-world, hands-on experience).

• Experience turning concepts into manufacturable products — ideally in displays, props, fixtures, or custom fabrication.

• Practical understanding of digital manufacturing equipment and processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance design intent, functionality, and efficiency.
