  • Flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (i.e., 37.5 hours per week).
  • Paid vacation starts at 4 weeks per year, and increases with years of service.

About the Position
  • We are searching for a permanent Corporate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
  • PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,800 - $105,600 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Apply this week if you would like to take on this role Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact As Corporate Financial Analyst, you will be creating and analyzing annual long-range financial plan process in partnership with business operations to evaluate, select, and prioritize strategic and operational initiatives You will analyze and develop deep insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support corporate performance reporting In this role, you will create analysis, commentaries, and prepare Board and senior management reports and presentation materials This role develops complex and integrated financial models and conducts comprehensive data analysis for forecasting and risk assessment As Corporate Financial Analyst, you will provide ad-hoc costing and profitability analysis, develop business plans/cases for strategic initiatives, and conducting detailed financial analysis You will assist in developing the annual operating plan cycle, managing capital processes to improve, and quarterly reforecast for corporate expense areas This role creates P&L reforecast and develops process to drive in year investment decisions Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Workday) and working with large sets of data.
