As Dealership Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for customers while also assisting the detail department and service drive-thru team when not driving. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork
What You'll Be Doing
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist the detail department with vehicle cleaning, preparation, and presentation.
- Support the service drive-thru with daily tasks, including helping customers, moving vehicles, and maintaining flow.
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and cleanliness.
- Maintain proper attire as well as cleanliness of the shuttle vehicles
- Assist with other duties as required to support dealership operations and not limited too
- A professional, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Reliability and punctuality — showing up on time and ready to contribute.
- A strong team player who’s willing to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities may extend beyond the listed duties.
- Ability to follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- A positive attitude, strong sense of teamwork, and openness to direction from management.
- A proactive mindset — always looking for ways to help and staying productive without needing to be asked.
- Willingness to assist with occasional after-hours work. Any time worked beyond regular hours will be compensated.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Hourly wage of $16- $20/ hour depending on experience.
