Journeyman & 3rd Year Instrumentation Apprentices

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Instrumentation Journeyman for work with our Rocky Mountain House branch within the Red Deer, Olds, and Rocky Mountain House regions therefore candidates local to the area would be preferred. Candidates must have strong instrumentation industrial maintenance experience working within the Oil & Gas sector. Shifts will vary depending on the project.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas maintenance and construction projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term maintenance projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Instrumentation certificate,
• OR experienced 3rd Year Instrumentation Apprentices
• Must have previous troubleshooting and instrumentation maintenance experience working within Industrial Oil & Gas facilities
• At least 3 years of instrumentation experience on Industrial construction and maintenance projects would be considered an asset
• Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive & Fall Protection, Standard First Aid – Level A or C with CPR/AED, and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificates
• Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Candidates must live in the immediate Bonnyville area or be willing to permanently relocate to this area
