Technology Analyst

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a .NET Developer - This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; builds applications, interfaces between applications, understands data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver, BCor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in .Net full stack Development including C#, .NET, Azure DevOps, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Cosmos DB and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire software development life cycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GIT, Build and Deployment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem solving and Excellent communication skills with experience engaging customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  
  

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

British Columbia: $75,000 to $93,454.
