Job Description:


We are seeking a Marketing Project Lead Manager to drive the execution and delivery of complex, cross-functional creative projects within the Network Solutions Marketing team. This role blends leadership and individual contribution as you will oversee a small team of project managers while also directly managing high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will be critical to scale operations, mentor project managers, and ensure the seamless execution of creative deliverables. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership—proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing processes, and ensuring alignment between campaign execution, client satisfaction, and Network Solutions revenue goals.


What You’ll Do:


  • Lead and mentor a small team of project managers and offshore resources as a player/coach, directly managing high-priority projects while overseeing the broader portfolio of Marketing initiatives, fostering growth and best practices adoption
  • Drive end-to-end project management for Network Solutions creative campaigns and deliverables, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across web, sales, video, and campaign assets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project or similar project tracking tools, dashboards, and resource allocation reports that create transparency for stakeholders and leadership
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams throughout the project timeline from kickoff through post-project evaluation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, provide reporting and insights on project status, risk management, and resource utilization as needed and ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and contribute to measurable business outcomes
  • Continuously improve operational processes, developing scalable workflows that streamline creative production, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth
  • Travel periodically for team meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment (estimated 15–20%).


What You’ll Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of project management experience with creative or marketing-related initiatives; PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Previous people management experience to coach and mentor team members while building alignment across stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, creative deliverables such as campaign content, sales enablement tools, videos, web content, and thought leadership materials with tactical execution, delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Advanced expertise with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project); familiarity with Ziflow or other creative review platforms a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (15–20%)
