We are seeking a self-motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our Edmonton office. You will take ownership of projects from contract award to close-out, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Your contributions to project design, planning, and construction will be critical to building reliable electrical systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award to close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance.
- Suggest and implement process and design improvements.
- Create project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to clients.
- Procure materials and manage engineering and subcontractor contracts.
- Oversee project invoicing, Earned Value/Work in Progress reports, and Purchase Orders.
- Submit shop drawings and provide leadership to junior coordination, design, administrative, and installation staff.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician certification.
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry, including fieldwork and project management.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of field experience as a foreman/forewoman.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Bluebeam.
- Class 5 driver's license.
- Strong alignment with company core values and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Commercial design-build experience.
- Previous client relationships and accounts.
- Experience with underground electrical installations, trenching, directional drilling, pad layouts, and grounding.
- Experience with rooftop solar and EV charging.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes.
- Are you available to work in-office Monday to Friday?
- Do you have a Journeyperson or Master Electrician certification?
