The Bilingual Account Representative (EN/FR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Maximum Benefit clients, plan administrators, advisors, and internal business partners. The primary focus of this role is to assist our internal and external partners with inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner while delivering a high level of service.
In addition, this role will also assist with handling a variety of reports on a weekly and monthly basis along with supporting the processing and implementation teams when needed.
*Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with fluency in English and French
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Effective problem solving, analytical and resolution skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and be comfortable with change
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently
- Proficient using MS Office
- Insurance industry background is an asset
