We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile App. This role involves working in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our field service operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Dynamics 365 Field Services implementations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and system configurations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of Field Service Mobile App to streamline field operations.
- Ensure seamless communication between remote desktop support teams and field service personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of field service operations to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Dynamics 365 Field Services.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure system stability and address any technical issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in field service management.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for field service operations.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile App.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing business process improvements.
- Show experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Display strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in field service operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in field service technology.
