Starting at $44.88 / hr with a $0.90 shift premium
Purpose of Role:
The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of heavy machinery, including conveyors, furnaces, and other specialized equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the foundry's production processes. This may involve working with blueprints, using hand and power tools, welding, rigging and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues putting countermeasures in place
- Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment for continuous improvement of all machines
- Installing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools
- Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modifications and installations
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently meeting tight deadlines
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
- 433A or 426A license is required
- Heavy industrial or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with a great team.
- Training and certification will be provided in Forklift, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Harness training, among others.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above, if the have the license.
