Key Responsibilities:

Leads team in the safe and productive assembly or disassembly of equipment at job-site locations
Record proper documentation of all activities
Always maintains a safe work environment and ensure safe practice work habits and quality standards are met
Responsible for the efficient management of labor and materials at the branch
Plans, organize, research, and identifies materials & equipment necessary for the jobsite
Performs diligent safety inspections of all motorized installations in accordance with company, manufacturer and local govermental safety guidelines
Presents themselves in a professional manner while attending pre-bid or other meetings with existing and potential customers
Examines customer specifications and expectations,
At times does field take-offs to determine scope of work and other conditions that will aid sales with proposal preparation
Completes pre-site inspections and review of engineered drawings
Preparation and planning of bill of materials and equipment availability per job
Plans and schedules work according to customer needs
Executes work according to bid, safely and with high quality and profitability
Manages job costs according to bid
Manages scope of work modifications and change orders
Resolves issues to ensure customer satisfaction and job profitability
Assists with sales and customer relationship management
Continuously improves processes for more effective and efficient outcomes
Make troubleshooting calls to demonstrate equipment and provide customers with safety solutions of proper use of motorized equipment, procedures, operating methods, safety checks, and emergency recovery procedures
Follows company policies and procedures to ensure that all work-related records/documentation are accurate, updated in a timely manner, and conform to company standards
Provide on the job training to workers with less experience/training. Inspect all work of less senior workers for correctness and safety. Follows procedure to ensure that all work and related records conform to company manuals and instructions
Assist in the demonstrations of our motorized products to customers including the correct use of safety equipment, correct safe procedures, correct operating methods, required safety checks and emergency recovery procedures
Ensures team maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient workplace with accurate and up to date records
Supervise all the responsibilities of the team
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Secondary Education – Diploma or Degree
Competent Person Training (CPT)
Minimum 5 years prior industry experience working with suspended scaffolding equipment
Related vocational training and/or four years of related experience
Experience with all aspects of suspended access
Have an in-depth knowledge of construction techniques
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to work in construction areas in high elevation (up to 100 stories above ground)
Must be able to lift-up to 75 lbs. and carry counterweights for extended periods of time (up to 15 minutes) several times during one shift
Strong leadership and technical skills
Work well under short time constraints
Ability to pivot easily from one task or idea to another
Good verbal and written communication skills required (including reading and writing)
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
