Job Description
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive dashboards that allow internal clients to explore data autonomously and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to extract relevant insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and answer business questions with key performance indicators.
- Design optimized data models and document the methodology used.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the analyzed data.
- Work autonomously while collaborating in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business administration, or equivalent.
- A Master’s in business intelligence is a plus.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Good knowledge of SQL, and ideally BigQuery.
- Ability to present complex concepts and present them through clear visualizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (FR/EN). The person will need to collaborate with stakeholders located outside of Quebec.
- Contract type: Full-time (35 hours/week)
- Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/week at Place Ville-Marie, Montreal)
