So what’s this role all about?

As a Distribution Team Member, you will perform diversified receiving, sorting, storing, picking, staging, value add and distribution duties supporting the operational needs of an integrated Distribution Center.

Your hours of work will generally be Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 12:30am. Hours of work will be determined on a mutual basis between you and your leader. These shifts are subject to change with notice in the future.

You’ll Fit In Great If You

  • Meets established receiving / distribution standards of operation
  • Performs receiving duties including, but not limited to:
    • Verifying accuracy of warehouse deliveries and inspecting items for damage or defects. Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received
    • Entering information using RF guns and computer system and/or completing appropriate paperwork
    • Unloading inbound trailers, building pallets, sorting and unpacking items
    • Transporting, locating and putting items in appropriate warehouse location
  • Performs distribution duties including, but not limited to:
    • Filling pick order requests for warehouse items
    • Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
    • Loading requisitioned items into outbound trailers for transport to various locations.
    • Entering information using RF guns and computer system and/or completing appropriate paperwork
  • Learns and utilizes functions of the RF Guns and Warehouse Management Software
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintains a flexible schedule and works in all areas of distribution as required
  • Complies with all health and safety programs, policies and practices
  • Adheres to all company policies and communicates effectively with leadership team
  • Maintains quality service by following organizational standards
A Few Other Things We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Ability to read and perform basic math functions
  • Skilled in operating warehouse equipment (such as Motorized Pallet Jack, Hi-Reach Truck, Counterbalance etc.)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of supply chain and flow of goods
  • Willingness to train and operate motorized and manual material handling equipment
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift/carry 50lbs on a repetitive basis; ability to stand, bend, lift and/or reach for extended periods of time
