Celebrating Farm & Family | Ailm Estate Wines & Vineyard


Recently, we launched Ailm Estate - our boutique Okanagan Valley label dedicated to traditional method sparkling wines crafted from our South Kelowna estate vineyard. With five exceptional releases—and a sixth on the horizon—we are seeking a dedicated ambassador to bring this new label to life through hospitality, events, community connection and direct wine sales.


Reporting to the Marketing Director, with a dotted line to the Wine Shop Manager, this role blends hospitality, event execution, and wine sales. Approximately half of the position will focus on hosting tastings (on-site and off-site), with the other half centered on supporting brand experiences and engaging in wine club recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of our luxury brand at the winery, offsite venues, and community events.
  • Host elevated tasting experiences that educate, inspire and reflect the prestige positioning of our brand.
  • Execute events including club gatherings, dinner series, and special experiences.
  • Represent Ailm Estate at select trade and community events, building meaningful connections.
  • Support wine sales in our pop-up tasting room (approximately 2 days per week).
  • Collaborate with the Wine Shop Manager and Marketing Director to ensure brand alignment and exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage scheduling and execution of events and tasting spaces with precision and service excellence.
  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador, prioritizing relationship-building and long-term guest engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, luxury hospitality, or traditional method sparkling wine/Champagne.
  • Demonstrated wine knowledge with a passion for sparkling wine.
  • Strong presence, polished etiquette, and a gift for storytelling.
  • Natural connector with the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate events, evenings, and weekends.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
  • Professionalism and discretion befitting a luxury brand.
  • Wine, Sales, or Marketing certification / training an asset
