With over 30 years of experience, we are a preferred partner of more than 185 LTC homes, 55 retirement communities and provide over 180 senior dwellings with physiotherapy, occupational therapy and therapeutic group exercise programming. Location: Chartwell Balmoral
Schedule: 3hrs/month + private services

Status: Independent Contractor
In this role you will:
- Complete assessments and develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate and supervise the Physiotherapy Assistant in providing treatments.
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Complete all documentation on required platforms in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
- A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
- A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
