Parts Counter & Warehouse Supervisor

Toromont Power Systems is looking for a Parts Counter & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! The plays a key role in Supervising and coordinating parts counter, warehouse operations and the reception in regards of the customer satisfaction (internal and external).

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Supervises and coordinates parts counter, warehouse operations and the reception in regards of the customer satisfaction (internal and external)
• Manages action plans' timeline in relation to sales, store and warehouse business objectives
• Develops and implements means of continuous improvement (cost reduction, effectiveness, reduction of nonconformities, etc.)
• Manages personnel (schedules, performance evaluation, hiring, plan labor and training needs, etc.) Implements the best practices in health and safety for the personnel
  
  

Must-haves for this role:

• Diploma of Collegial Studies combined with 5 years experience in personnel management
