This role exists to solve a critical problem: marketing initiatives that start don't finish. We need someone who can get things done and over the finish line.
The Project Manager, Marketing transforms our marketing from random acts of content to a systematic demand generation engine. You'll orchestrate our existing talent (strategists, designers, developers, writers) and external resources to execute the marketing playbook that drives our sales team's success.
You're the bridge between vision and execution - taking our marketing transformation plans and making them real. You own the systems (HubSpot, content calendar, automations), drive daily execution, and measure everything that matters.
Success means that our sales team will have many more warm leads to engage, our content publishes like clockwork, and we can directly connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
This role reports directly into the CEO, with working relationships across the business. It’s primarily virtual, with some in-person meetings required.
Marketing Operations Management
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM: workflows, automations, lead scoring, attribution
- Build and maintain our ICP database
- Create monthly dashboards showing leads → MQLs → SQLs → opportunities → revenue
- Ensure data hygiene and integration between all marketing tools
Content & Campaign Execution
- Manage weekly social and content calendar across all channels
- Coordinate with internal team (design, dev, copy) to produce assets on schedule
- Project manage website overhaul, ongoing maintenance and optimization
- Oversee LinkedIn strategy for company and executive profiles
- Ensure all content answers one question: "How does this help prospects?"
Sales Enablement
- Weekly alignment with sales team on lead quality and feedback
- Create and maintain sales collateral library
- Manage lead handoff process and SLAs
- Support event marketing and speaking engagements
Performance Management
- Weekly Marketing Reporting on marketing performance and pipeline contribution
- Monthly executive dashboard on marketing ROI
- Quarterly business reviews with recommendations for optimization
- Own the math: visitors → leads → meetings → clients
Must Haves:
- 3+ years project managing marketing initiatives in B2B environment
- Proven HubSpot administration experience (certifications preferred)
- Track record of delivering on time, on budget, self-directed
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting
- Experience managing marketing resources (internal or external)
