About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the New Vehicle Sales Manager will have a thorough and complete understanding of variable operations and will help develop and grow the Sales department. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement in all aspects of the Sales department. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding natural leader, trainer and coach and will have a proven track record in the automotive industry.

About The Role

Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
- Assist with vehicle inventory responsibilities
- Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Have the capacity to develop, manage, inspire and lead a strong sales team
- Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
- Be well versed in CRM tools, PBS Systems, and be AMVIC licensed
- Lease and loyalty retention
- Minimum 5 years Sales Management Experience with a proven Track Record of Success
- Minimum 3 years FORD or comparable Domestic Experience
- A valid AB driver’s license and a current clean driver’s abstract
