Creekside Dental Clinic, a well-established family-owned practice serving Kelowna since 1992, is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team of nine dentists on a full-time temporary basis with potential for permanency.

Our clinic provides comprehensive dental care under one roof, featuring state-of-the-art technology including CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) Scanner, iTero Scanner, Intraoral Scanner, and Dental Lasers.

With extended hours (7am-8pm weekdays, 8am-8pm Saturdays), we deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining work-life balance for our team.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

  • Established patient base with high earning potential in prime Kelowna location

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections

SCHEDULE:

  • 36 hours per week
  • 3 days per week
  • Temporary contract: January 2026 - July 2026
  • Rotating 4-week schedule

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
  • Current registration or in process with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in British Columbia (candidates registered in other Canadian provinces welcome)
  • Minimum 2 years of Canadian dental practice experience required
  • Strong patient communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
