VRIFY is seeking a Knowledge Enablement Specialist to lead the creation and management of our technical documentation and training resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and accurate information about our products and services.

VRIFY is seeking a Knowledge Enablement Specialist to lead the creation and management of our technical documentation and training resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, release notes, and training materials.
- Manage a knowledge base system, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
- Create and deliver training programs and materials for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and branding guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or Customer Service within the tech or mining industries.
- Background in geology or mining industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems and documentation tools.
- Experience working with or explaining AI models.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Knowledge-Centred Service (KCS) methodologies is a plus.
- A proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
