What You’ll Be Working On:
Logistics & Distribution Operations (60%)
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activities across assigned departments
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and inventory movement
- Maintain compliance with customs, transportation, and internal logistics requirements
- Monitor carriers, delivery schedules, and performance metrics to ensure service-level standards
- Resolve shipping issues and communicate with vendors, internal teams, and customers as needed
- Visit retail and warehousing locations to promote process compliance and service level agreements
Documentation, Reporting and Process Compliance (25%)
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transportation costs
- Assist with audits and support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics functions
- Follow established SOPs while identifying opportunities for documentation and workflow optimization
Cross-Functional Support and Communication (15%)
- Liaise with merchandising, inventory control, production, and customer service to ensure alignment across operations
- Support system updates and departmental projects as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to coordinate logistics for product launches, samples, and promotional events

Additional Requirements:
- English, full professional proficiency
- 2+ years of proven experience in logistics and supply-chain management, working with international logistics
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics/IMS software (ERP)
- Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Skilled in completing and reviewing customs documentation for compliance
