Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clarity PPM Administrator to support project timekeeping operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing project time entry processes, ensuring data integrity between Clarity PPM and SAP, and supporting end users and stakeholders during critical reporting periods. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness Responsibilities

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clarity PPM Administrator to support project timekeeping operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing project time entry processes, ensuring data integrity between Clarity PPM and SAP, and supporting end users and stakeholders during critical reporting periods. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness Responsibilities
- Communicate key deadlines related to month-end and year-end time entries to Clarity PPM users.
- Monitor and resolve time entry errors in collaboration with end users.
- Approve time sheets when resource managers are unavailable during critical periods.
- Upload Clarity PPM timesheet data to SAP for synchronization.
- Generate and distribute time entry reports (daily, monthly, yearly).
- Perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Share audit results with SAP and Finance teams.
- Coordinate with SAP and Finance stakeholders to maintain synchronization integrity.
- Provide off-hours and weekend support during month-end and year-end to resolve time processing issues.
- Assist the Clarity PPM technical team with testing new releases and system updates.
- Strong experience with Clarity PPM Administration.
- Working knowledge of SAP systems and integration processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to support off-hours and weekend work during peak periods.
- Prior experience in a timekeeping or project administration role.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams involving IT, Finance, and HR.
