Your role

You will take responsibility for a team of four motivated HR professionals with complementary profiles. Your role will be to provide structure, to support them in their progress, and to carry out the major strategic HR files. You will be a coach, strategist and trusted partner to management and managers.

Responsibilities

Your main missions

  • Coaching, coaching and developing your HR team.
  • Manage major HR files: staffing, labour relations, training, skills development, compensation.
  • Support managers and management as a strategic partner.
  • Lead and support organizational change.
  • Deploy modern HR practices, adapted to our reality.
  • Act quickly and efficiently in a changing environment.
