The Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be the backbone of NewStore’s marketing systems and data. This role ensures flawless campaign execution, lead flow, attribution, and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce. It partners with Demand Gen, SDR Ops, Sales Ops, and the GTM Engineer to maintain a clean, compliant, and insight‑rich revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
Campaign ops: Build, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot; manage asset libraries and UTMs.
Lead management: Own lead routing, scoring updates, and enrichment rules; partner with SDR Ops on SLA adherence and disposition hygiene.
Data quality: Maintain field mappings, picklists, and syncs between HubSpot and Salesforce; run weekly health checks and deduping.
Attribution & reporting: Maintain dashboards (funnel, program, channel), monitor anomalies, and publish weekly scorecards for the marketing team.
Compliance & governance: Manage consent, preference center, and regional compliance (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CASL); coordinate with Legal as needed.
Website & tracking support: Manage tags via GTM, coordinate event schemas with the GTM Engineer, and QA pixels for campaigns/events.
Vendor & budget admin: Track renewals, seat management, and invoices; keep the ops wiki up to date with how‑tos and standards.

What we're looking for
- 2–4+ years in marketing operations; strong HubSpot admin skills and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Detail‑oriented builder who enjoys documentation, QA, and process improvement.
- Comfortable with lists, segmentation logic, scoring, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets/BI for reporting; familiarity with GA4 and tag managers.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
