The Sales Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in the design, implementation and maintenance of sales reporting and analysis for our workspace benefit and retirement business. The role will be responsible for bringing actionable analysis and insights to team members and key stakeholder groups. The role will be required to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. An outward focus and ability to translate complex problems into simple concepts will be essential to this role’s success. This role is aligned to our Winnipeg Head Office location.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain management reporting and analysis to support the ongoing management of business performance
- Ensure accuracy of reporting and seek to understand operational information to support data driven decision making such as forecasting and annual planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support adhoc requests and on-going initiatives
- Challenge the status quo to support process improvements and leverage new visualization tools
- Present and communicate the insights and recommendations generated in a visual and simplified language
- Fulfilling numerous industry surveys
- Undergraduate Degree in Math, Business, Economics or similar
- 2+ years in an Analyst role
- Demonstrated analytical & Excel skills – performing quantitative and financial analyses
- Self-starter with high motivational level, intellectual curiosity, and openness to learning and continuous development
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI an asset
- Understanding of, or experience in, group benefit and retirement industries is a bonus
- Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website
