The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, comprised of sales channels that target a diverse client set. The GCG Operations team supports the day-to-day operational needs of the sales group in the areas of business insights, investment operations, client onboarding, reporting and administrative services. Reporting to the Client Group Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will help drive business intelligence and metrics used by leadership, the Global Client Group, and its support divisions. Day to day work will focus on performing various analyses and reporting functions to support business operations.

Responsibilities
- Identify and report on key performance indicators within the Financial Advisor Services group
- Work with business leaders and sales teams to develop business intelligence and work on ad-hoc projects
- Design and complete executive reporting packages
- Research and compile asset and net cash flow data
- Effectively utilize and train team members on programs including Power BI, Excel, CRM, and other databases
- Support special projects and initiatives for GCG Operations and other groups on an ad hoc basis
- Coordinate with colleagues globally to align on best practices.
- Identify areas to improve report automation and partner with colleagues to implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or finance/accounting is preferred.
- 1-4 years’ experience in consulting, data analytics, business analysis, or similar role (includes internships)
- Proactive in nature, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Documented analytical and quantitative skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focus
- Excellent computer skills (Power BI, R/Python, querying, Excel, Visio, automation, SQL, and databases) with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new programs and languages
- Define as well as manage change within existing business processes
- Interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills
- Work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Focused on customer needs with the ability to build trust and confidence
