We’re hiring a Direct Response Marketer to drive revenue growth through campaigns that convert clicks into customers. You’ll own the copy, ads, and funnels that fuel our acquisition engine, with your north star being measurable revenue from qualified leads.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting directly to Sam, our Marketing Director. You won’t be buried in meetings or strategy decks, your impact will be seen in the numbers.

We’re hiring a Direct Response Marketer to drive revenue growth through campaigns that convert clicks into customers. You’ll own the copy, ads, and funnels that fuel our acquisition engine, with your north star being measurable revenue from qualified leads.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting directly to Sam, our Marketing Director. You won’t be buried in meetings or strategy decks, your impact will be seen in the numbers.
What You'll Do
Direct Response Copy & Creative
- Write ads, landing pages, email sequences, and sales scripts that convert.
- Collaborate with creative teammates to build compelling ad creative.
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to hit ROAS, CPL, and CAC goals.
- Test new hooks, offers, and formats to unlock growth.
- Build and optimize funnels including lead magnets, webinars, tripwires, and VSLs.
- Run A/B tests to increase conversion rates, AOV, and LTV.
- Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, payback period, funnel conversion).
- Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations.
Required
- 3–5 years in direct response marketing, growth, or performance roles.
- Strong copywriting skills with examples that drove sales.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Experience with CRMs, funnel builders, and analytics tools.
- Portfolio of campaigns tied directly to revenue outcomes.
- Experience with high-ticket or info/coaching products.
- Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certified.
- Ability to blend creative direction with data-driven optimization.
- Own your numbers and thrive on results.
- Love testing, iterating, and scaling winning offers.
- Switch easily between creative brainstorming and data analysis.
- Thrive in a high-output, in-person team environment.
