Manager, Microsoft Strategy
Our team is seeking a Manager to support the Microsoft Partnership Alliance governance and related strategies. In this role, you will play a lead role in aligning cross functional stakeholders to partnership success metrics, tracking performance, and program managing strategic action plans executed by various departments.

What You Will Do
- Operationalize governance structure, cadence, and meeting expectations for all RB & MSFT participants
- Track and manage strategic action register that holds owners accountable to outcomes, timelines, and contractual commitments
- Prepare presentation materials with senior leaders to deliver critical milestones
- Drive thought leadership and market analysis to develop ‘co-sell ready’ product development and GTM roadmap
- Support internal stakeholders and functional teams in the continuous management and evolution of the strategy and operating model
- Monitor and communicate partner commercial sales performance to senior leadership
- Partner with Procurement & IT / Network stakeholders to develop MSFT Alliance Partner playbook and best practices
- Demonstrated relevant experience managing large scale / complex senior leader governance structures (Partners, Opco/Steerco, Board of Directors etc)
- Skilled in building effective working relationships
- Creative problem-solver
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Program / project management skills
- Solid business acumen, including financial literacy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
