- Adapt to the specific operational needs of each location
- Provide on-call support for high-risk areas or critical staffing gaps
- Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare clear, detailed, and concise reports on incidents, daily activities, and site-specific events
- Use advanced documentation techniques to ensure accurate records for investigations or audits
- Review and analyze reports to identify patterns, risks, or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to deter unauthorized activity
- Monitor access points and verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel
- Act as the primary point of contact during critical incidents or emergencies
- Lead evacuation procedures and guide staff and visitors during crises
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance as trained and authorized
- Maintain professionalism in behavior, communication, and interactions with clients and the public
- Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and comply with uniform requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- 1 number of years of experience in security and team management/Supervisor/Team Lead
- First aid certification mandatory
- Hold a valid security license
