What you’ll do


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Drive strategic planning with National teams to translate strategy into market execution
  • Own end-to-end marketing plans across all lifecycle stages
  • Coordinate sales + marketing activations to maximize penetration and growth
  • Ensure seamless strategy-to-execution alignment across the organization

Community Marketing & Demand Generation:

  • Lead localized demand generation
  • Manage stakeholder relations with influencers
  • Execute comprehensive community planning and support initiatives
  • Deploy AI and data-driven execution strategies

Channel Enablement & Performance Management:

  • Deliver customized channel playbooks with training and advertising oversight
  • Build and lead high-performance sales teams
  • Drive execution discipline through scorecards and governance frameworks
  • Manage agency partnerships and reporting standards

Insights & Reporting:

  • Provide real-time reporting to enable strategic decision making
  • Support funnel management and optimize customer journeys
  • Champion marketing's contribution to core KPIs
  • Apply customer-first approach to all journey components


Qualifications


What you bring


  • 7+ years marketing/sales leadership with multi-channel expertise
  • Strong commercial acumen: penetration analysis, ARPU optimization, churn management, cost per premise metrics
  • Marketing and community engagement experience
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution
  • AI and data-driven marketing execution experience
  • Marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • National systems integration
  • Agency management and vendor relationships
  • Advanced Excel/PowerBI for reporting and analysis
  • Build and lead high-performance teams in matrix organizations
  • Stakeholder management across all organizational levels
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills
  • Large budget allocation management

Salary Range: $130,000-$196,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
