Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Product Creation End-to-End Process Manager, you provide operational leadership in the execution of the End-to-End Arc’teryx product creation strategy. You enable cross-functional product teams by driving efficient operations through overlapping project calendars and processes, ensuring timelines and business objectives are met. You are embedded within teams as the functional expert, able to articulate End-to-End impacts to people, processes and tools, as well as up and downstream impacts. In partnership with all product teams, you provide oversight to optimize a high performing cross-functional process This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-location, with limited potential to work hybrid Meet Your Future Team:
The Product Creation Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting

If you were the Product Creation End-to-End Process Manager now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

- Leading in functional excellence; documenting the projects, programs and processes needed to enable the End-to-End product creation process
- Documenting cross functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring clear communication and process documentation across impacted cross-functional teams in Design, Merchandising and Product Line Management (PLM)
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Product Operations team to enable the execution of the design vision through the Innovation to Customer (I2C) calendar, expectations, goals and deliverables
- Ensuring the team is a reference of expertise, holding a holistic view of the business and with full understanding of the impacts of decisions on downstream deliverables
- Ensuring the Product Operations team has clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations, while championing a culture of continuous challenge, improvement, andgrowth
- Providing overlapping seasonal support for the Inline business; gathering and leveraging feedback and working with functional operations teams to drive the continuous evolution of deliverables captured
- Supporting the Product Operations Director in the evolution of the I2C Calendar and processes
- Managing unique cross-functional business projects that support the goals of Arc’teryx
- Managing several overlapping seasonal sample processes and updates
- Collaboratingand supporting senior and peer-level leadership to identify areas of process improvement, business calendar evolutions and teamrequirements
- Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

- Supporting the direction of the long range product plans as it relates to the I2C calendar and process; including ongoing IT integration platforms or enhancements
Are you our next Product Creation End-to-End Process Manager?

- You have 7+ years’ experience in a design, development, or apparel production environment, with 3+ years’ experience in a people leadership role
- You can demonstrate experience in creating/managing a portfolio of projects from identification through to project close-out
- You must be versatile and able to manage multiple projects in various stages at any one time in the life cycle of a project
- You have a relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- You have proven leadership, mentorship, and project management skills
- You demonstrate openness, initiative, agility, andcommitment
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- You are a strong user of Excel and Smartsheet – and you can operate in a Product Line Management system
- You possess organizational, time management, and troubleshooting competence
- You are detail and accuracy oriented with strong organizational skills
- You are familiar with the Arc’teryx brand and products
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developingsolutions
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuousimprovement
