THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee and optimize our full product portfolio. This role ensures the health, efficiency, and quality of our optical and electromagnetic tracking products while driving continuous improvement globally. As a key member of the Global Product Management team, you will act as the product expert, support customer-facing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance product performance and lifecycle management, maintaining our market-leading position.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Serve as the product expert for our entire portfolio, acting as the first line of contact for customer-facing teams including Customer Experience, Product Integration, and Sales.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing and analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and roadmap recommendations.
- Lead strategic corporate initiatives, including the Global Epicor Project, ensuring unified part numbers, descriptions, and accurate product data across all systems globally.
- Champion comprehensive Product Health Checks for both optical and electromagnetic portfolios, collaborating with Operations, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure product excellence.
- Manage end-of-life planning for product discontinuation, including phase-out strategies, customer communication, and seamless migration options for existing users.
- Optimize sustaining engineering activities by working closely with R&D teams globally to manage and prioritize hardware, software, firmware, and disposable product improvements.
- Support knowledge dissemination throughout the commercial organization, ensuring teams have the expertise needed to serve our customers effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Team to maintain product quality by addressing quality issues and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years in Product Management with proven success in managing complex product portfolios.
- Strong experience in product lifecycle management and optimization strategies.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical technology products, including their features, applications, and impact on healthcare or clinical operations.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience navigating complex organizational workflows, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and processes to support efficient product implementation and use.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across departments and influence without direct authority.
- Proven ability to balance short-term optimization with long-term strategic planning.
