The Client Experience Specialist will ensure current and new clients (families and children) of Kepler Academy have a positive overall enrollment experience. This role will deliver exceptional ongoing support to customers and prospects, identify their needs, and provide advice and guidance that is in the best interests of families.
This is a part-time position, working approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The Client Experience Specialist will ensure current and new clients (families and children) of Kepler Academy have a positive overall enrollment experience. This role will deliver exceptional ongoing support to customers and prospects, identify their needs, and provide advice and guidance that is in the best interests of families.
This is a part-time position, working approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
What will you do?
- Answers Kepler Academy’s main phone line, responding to all incoming client emails, inquiries, and tour requests as a central point of contact
- Provides a positive and enthusiastic client service experience, building relationships and supporting families with questions and concerns
- Guides potential clients through the enrollment process, including entry of payments into software system
- Accurately enters information in software
- Maintains and updates client and centre records, providing basic administrative support
- Offer enrollment to clients, both those on centre waitlists, and to new inquiries
- Support Centre Directors with qualifying, following up and closing leads
- Additional tasks on an ad hoc basis to support the overall objectives of the business
- 2-5 years' experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Experience using CRM programs is an asset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Knowledge in the daycare industry is an asset
- Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check issued within the past 6 months
