On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards - Job Description:

The designer will be working on the digital experience for the Loyalty Rewards team. The top priority is redesigning the offers section completely to make it a more visible and interactive experience, aligned to a new backend. The designer will also collaborate with the Loyalty Marketing team to create a robust interactive and visual design experience.


Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards - Responsibilities:

  • Work on the digital experience for Rewards’ team
  • Redesign the offers section to enhance visibility and interactivity
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on design initiatives
  • Lead both interaction design and visual design efforts
  • Utilize Figma for design, prototyping, and research
  • Engage in agile ways of working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team


Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards - Mandatory Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Portfolio showcasing application design samples with thought process explanations
  • Minimum of 5 years of Interaction Design experience across multiple channels and platforms
  • At least 3 years of Visual Design experience in addition to Interaction Design
  • Expertise with Figma for design, prototyping, and research
  • Experience in Loyalty Reward programs in the Ecommerce/retail space
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills


Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Mural
  • Background in accessible design
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in agile development environments
  • Familiarity with brand and marketing collaboration


Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.
