On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a MacBook with JAMF Support for a 3-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days at our client’s Toronto office.


MacBook with JAMF Support - Job Description:

This project involves the deployment and support of MacBook hardware using JAMF MDM. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, refreshing hardware, and meeting provisioning requirements.


MacBook with JAMF Support - Responsibilities:

• New MacBook hardware build and deployment for onboarding using JAMF MDM
• MacBook hardware refresh using JAMF
• Troubleshooting various hardware issues
• Imaging computers for onboarding new hires
• Replacing end-of-life MacBooks
• Working with hiring managers to meet MacBook provisioning requirements and support other business needs as required
  
  
  

MacBook with JAMF Support - Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with JAMF MDM
• Proficiency in MacBook hardware build and deployment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience in imaging computers
• Ability to work with hiring managers and meet provisioning requirements
• Excellent communication skills
