- Responsible and accountable for overall Parts Department performance and results.
- Develop strategies and implement decisions in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist with customer parts inquiries (by phone or in person) and provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Process customer orders, work orders, shipping, and inventory tasks accurately.
- Support warehouse operations: receive, organize, store, and prepare items for delivery.
- Help maintain an organized workspace, ensuring the efficient operation of the Parts Department.
- Create and provide input into marketing displays and/or merchandising projects.
- 1+ year of experience in automotive parts (luxury automotive knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency (Excel, email; CDK experience is an asset).
- Ability to handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs) and work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
