Our member is a fast-growing construction company seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager. This role focuses on capturing authentic content on construction sites, building a strong online presence, and keeping our digital platforms fresh and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation (On-Site): Regularly visit active job sites to capture photos, videos, and stories showcasing project progress, craftsmanship, and team culture.
- Social Media Management: Develop, plan, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Website Management: Update project portfolios, blog posts, and company news on the website (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to messages, and build a strong digital presence for the brand.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with leadership to design and execute campaigns supporting sales, hiring, and community engagement.
- Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance, provide monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (photo/video editing, reels, and storytelling).
- Strong understanding of construction or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to work comfortably on construction sites to gather content.
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must own all camera equipment and drone.
