What The Graphic Designer Does
- Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations.
- Develops and executes brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
- Manages and supports the day-to-day marketing requests from teams and their client projects.
- Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records.
- Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Communicates and manages relationships with external service providers.
- Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.
- May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper, and printing.
- Adheres to corporate style guides on type, colour schemes, and other brand elements.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience in graphic design.
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience and/or interest in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Analytical thinking skills and strong marketing knowledge.
- Strong editing and writing skills.
