Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $300,000+ (assuming full time); estimated Gross

Benefits and Incentives

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 8.12% Retention Flat Fee $12,584 Relocation Funding Available $9,000-15,000 based on move location Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (prorated if not full time) Other Benefits/Incentives Provincial Rural incentives also currently include Rural CME up to a max of $4,400/year after 4 years in practice. All rural incentives rates are subject to change.
