About The Firm
Metrics is a forward-thinking accounting firm specializing in cryptocurrency tax, accounting, and finance. Since 2016, we’ve been deeply involved in the blockchain community, collaborating with leading crypto and blockchain founders across North America. We are also actively involved in leadership at the Canadian Blockchain Consortium.
Our office is located in beautiful Victoria, BC, and we operate nationwide through fully cloud-based, paperless systems. We work in a hybrid office-remote model that blends collaboration and flexibility to create the optimal working environment.
We believe the best thing you can do for employees is to hire only strong players to work alongside them. As such, our team is selectively hired for their skills and ability to contribute meaningfully to our firm. Our goal with our articling students is to produce the top crypto tax, accounting, and finance experts in Canada. To support this goal, we are proud to be a CPA pre-approved training office, offering top compensation packages and a strong commitment to education.
Metrics also gives back to those who surround us, and all of our staff are actively involved in their community. This includes volunteering, coaching sports, advising charitable organizations, representing on the CPABC Board and Canadian Blockchain Consortium, and providing training scholarships in finance and accounting through our local colleges.

$50,000–$65,000 (commensurate with experience)
The Job

We are a rapidly growing cryptocurrency and blockchain accounting firm on the lookout for talented and ambitious CPA students to join our dynamic team. If you’re an accounting student with a passion for crypto, AI, and the future of work, we’d love to hear from you!
We offer exceptional applied training in the crypto and blockchain industry through our CPA Pre-Approved pathway for students at any level of experience.
